Bread lovers will be drooling! 18 exquisite bakeries will be exhibiting

All 18 stores that will be gathered at this new Shibuya attraction were selected by Hiroaki Ikeda, who runs the bread research institute "Pan Labo" and is also the chairman of the NPO "Shinmugi Collection," which considers the future of wheat. With the approval of Ikeda, a bread geek who eats bread all over Japan and writes about it, you'll definitely want to shop at all the tents.

In addition, specialty coffee from "VIVA COFFEE," a home-roasted coffee bar in Itabashi and Takashimadaira, and craft beer from "CATARATAS BOTTLE SHOP," located at Shibuya Sakura Stage, will also be available. Enjoy your favorite bread with your coffee or beer.

Sakura Bread Festival exclusive breads will also be available!
Many limited edition breads will be available, specially made to celebrate the first "Sakura Bread Festival" at Shibuya Sakura Stage. The pink and berry colors and scents are reminiscent of cherry blossoms. Products that are exciting to look at and taste include "Fig, White Chocolate and Raspberry Bread" by Pan People, "SAKURA MILK Donuts" by SUNDAY VEGAN, and "Pan o' Mochi" by GARDEN HOUSE CRAFTS. Breads unique to Shibuya Sakura Stage will add a touch of elegance to the event.
