There are three entrance routes to this facility.

① Turn left onto National Route 246 from Meiji Dori
2) Turn right onto National Route 246 from Ikejiri
3. Go straight from the scramble intersection
Please enter via the red route on the map.

*You can also access the venue from Shibuya Fukuras Parking Lot via the underground passage.

Application 1

Submitting an application for temporary entry (construction/work)

The secretariat will email a temporary entry application form to the operating company representative at least 14 days before the work, so please submit it to the Disaster Prevention Center and the event secretariat by email at least 7 days before the work.

Submitting a Carry-in/Carry-out Application

The secretariat will email the loading/unloading application form to the operating company's representative at least 14 days prior to the work, so please submit it by email to the Logistics Management Center Pre-Opening Support Team and the event secretariat at least 7 days prior to the work.

Issuance of Permit

After receiving your application, the Logistics Management Center will coordinate the loading/unloading schedule and issue the permit at least three days in advance.

Admission

After presenting your loading/unloading permit, proceed to use the loading/unloading area.

When loading and unloading, please present the loading and unloading permit on the dashboard of your vehicle and complete the procedure for using the loading and unloading area at the Logistics Management Center reception desk.

Before entering the B2F loading and unloading area, a representative from your loading/unloading company must check in at the Disaster Prevention Center on the 1st floor and receive the work armband required for loading and unloading operations.

Exit Procedures

Present your permit, return the trolley, and settle the fee

After completing your work, please pay the loading and unloading area usage fee at the payment machine, take your receipt to the designated reception desk, have your payment confirmed, and then leave the building promptly.
Please contact the event office before leaving the venue to return your security pass.
