ZONE A is located right in front of the new Shibuya Station ticket gate connection. It can be used for a wide variety of events, including experiential events that encourage people to stay in the area, workshops, and merchandise events.

"ZONE B" is equipped with a large screen and, like ZONE A, is adjacent to the main pathway on the 3rd floor, boasting excellent visibility.

About Reservations

I would like to check the availability of rooms. Can I check this on your website?

This information is not listed on our website. Please contact us by phone, email, or through our contact form.

When can I make a tentative reservation?

We do not accept tentative reservations.

From when do cancellation fees apply?

The contract will be concluded when the application form is accepted. If you cancel after the contract is concluded, a cancellation fee will be charged as stipulated in the terms and conditions.

Can I inspect the venue?

You can visit us any time as long as there are no other guests using the room. Please feel free to contact us and we will inform you of the availability.

Can I request multiple inspections?

Site inspections are limited to three times per project, with each inspection limited to one hour.

Prices and business hours

Are the rates different on weekdays and holidays?

The usage fee does not vary depending on the day of the week.

What is the payment method?

We ask that you make payment by bank transfer. Please pay the full venue fee in advance as a reservation fee, and after use, we will charge you for equipment, garbage disposal fees, and other fees. For details, please see the usage procedure.

Can I use a credit card?

No, we cannot accept payment by bank transfer.

Venue facilities and equipment

Can I use the internet at the venue?

There is a free wired LAN available within BLOOM GATE. For details, please see the Internet information. Separate dedicated lines are also available, so please contact us for more information.

What kind of free equipment is available?

We provide a full range of free equipment such as a stage, partitions, hanger racks, etc. For details, please check the list of free equipment.

Could you please set up the desks, chairs, etc. and return the space to its original state?

The venue will transport the equipment to the venue, but we ask that you set it up and return it to its original state.

About the Service

Is it possible to send luggage to the venue in advance? Also, can luggage be shipped from the venue?

We can send your luggage in advance on the day you apply to use the space (including the day of installation). However, please have your staff receive your luggage.
* We cannot accept cash on delivery. After the event, you can send your luggage from the venue during the delivery reception hours at the Logistics Management Center in the loading area on the second basement floor. * For details, please contact the Logistics Management Center directly as described in the User Guide.

Is there a waiting room?

There is one conference room on the second basement floor that requires prior reservation and can accommodate up to 8 people.
If you need to make a reservation, please contact the event office.
*This is not a waiting room exclusively for events, so it cannot be used if it has been reserved for other prior engagements.

Is there parking for VIP/performers?

Please use the facility's public parking lot (paid).

Can parking service tickets be issued for VIPs and performers?

This is not supported.

Can parking fees for VIPs and performers be paid on an accounts receivable invoice?

No, we do not offer this service. Please pay on-site for each vehicle.

Are there any back passages for VIPs and performers?

There is a VIP car entrance and back pathway on the 3rd basement floor, so if you would like to use them, please contact the event office in advance.

Can I print out or copy documents on the day?

Yes, it is possible. Please hand over the data and original to the venue staff. *Additional fees apply.

What should I do with the trash after the event?

You can dispose of it at the facility's waste disposal site by separating it into the designated categories. *A fee will be charged.

Is there a cloakroom?

There is no cloakroom

How many minutes before the event can I enter the venue?

You can use the facility from 15 minutes before your reservation time. Please note that the reservation time includes the time needed for preparation and removal.
