Changes and cancellations to your application

If you wish to cancel the use of the facility after receiving the application form (including changing the location, date and time, etc.), please submit a Cancellation/Change of Use Application Form.

Please note that cancellation fees will be charged from the time your application is accepted.

Actual costs incurred at the time of cancellation will be charged separately from the cancellation fee.

Other information

If you wish to shoot outside the specified time or in a manner other than that specified, we will make a decision after reviewing your proposal.

Depending on the shooting method and space, a temporary security fee may be charged.

Depending on the photography equipment you bring in and the photography space you use, you will be required to submit various application documents.

Please submit an application form for interviews and photography, as well as a plan. We may decline your request depending on the content.

Even if there is no space available, we may decline your request due to the need for secretariat attendance and temporary security.

In principle, applications for photo shoots are closed 15 days before the event, and applications made just before the event will not be accepted.

In addition, if payment cannot be confirmed promptly, the event will be canceled due to the applicant's circumstances.

If unauthorized inclusion of any photographs is discovered after the shoot, or if shooting is discovered in a location or manner other than that permitted, we will restrict the publication and use of the shoot data.

*Please note that we cannot compensate for any compensation costs incurred in such cases.

Regarding temporary security

If the film crew exceeds 10 people, we ask that you assign temporary security guards.

10-20 film crew members: 1 temporary security guard

Film crew of 20 to 30 people: 2 temporary security guards

30+ film crew members: 3 temporary security guards

For temporary security services, please place an order with Tokyu Community, the facility's designated security company.

To order temporary security, please contact the supplier listed below at least 7 days prior to the shooting date.
