1
Submit a photo shoot application form and proposal
Please submit to the secretariat at least 15 days before the event date.
Please refer here for details of documents to be submitted.
*As a general rule, we will decline your application if it is within 14 days of the planned implementation date (we may not be able to accept your application even if it is between the 15th and 30th).

Filming application acceptance
We will check the safety, feasibility and compliance with the facility regulations regarding the filming.

Quotation Issue
The secretariat will issue a quotation.
It will be issued at least 7 days before the event date.

Invoicing
The secretariat will issue an invoice.
It will be issued at least 7 days before the event date.

Payment
Please pay to the specified account within 15 days of the invoice date.
*If the invoice is issued within 15 days of the implementation date, please make payment by the due date specified by our company.

There is no need for the disaster prevention center or building management to be present.

Please submit the following: Interview/filming permission application, project plan, temporary entry application, and vehicle access application (daytime use only).

I would like to check the availability of rooms. Can I check this on your website?

This information is not listed on our website. Please contact us by phone, email, or through our contact form.

When can I make a tentative reservation?

We do not accept tentative reservations.
Q.
From when do cancellation fees apply?
A.
The contract will be concluded when the application form is accepted. If you cancel after the contract is concluded, a cancellation fee will be charged as stipulated in the terms and conditions.

Are the rates different on weekdays and holidays?

The usage fee does not vary depending on the day of the week.

What is the payment method?

We ask that you make payment by bank transfer. Please pay the full venue fee in advance as a reservation fee, and after use, we will charge you for equipment, garbage disposal fees, and other fees. For details, please see the usage procedure.

Can I use a credit card?

No, we cannot accept payment by bank transfer.

Is there a waiting room?
A.
There is one conference room on the second basement floor that requires prior reservation and can accommodate up to 8 people.
If you need to make a reservation, please contact the event office.
*This is not a waiting room exclusively for events, so it cannot be used if it has been reserved for other prior engagements.

Is there parking for VIP/performers?

Please use the facility's public parking lot (paid).

Can parking service tickets be issued for VIPs and performers?
A.
This is not supported.

Can parking fees for VIPs and performers be paid on an accounts receivable invoice?

No, we do not offer this service. Please pay on-site for each vehicle.

Are there any back passages for VIPs and performers?
A.
There is a VIP car entrance and back pathway on the 3rd basement floor, so if you would like to use them, please contact the event office in advance.

Can I print out or copy documents on the day?

Yes, it is possible. Please hand over the data and original to the venue staff. *Additional fees apply.

What should I do with the trash after the event?
A.
You can dispose of it at the facility's waste disposal site by separating it into the designated categories. *A fee will be charged.

Is there a cloakroom?

There is no cloakroom

Is there parking available?

The Sakura Stage Shibuya side is on the 3rd basement floor, and the Sakura side is on the 1st basement floor.
